Our frames are collapsible in 4 parts of stainless steel of series, we can manufacture on order in 2 - 3 - 5 parts. They are welded with welding TIG, using tubes of stainless steel, quality 304 & 316 of 6, 8, 10, 12, and 16 mm in the central part of the frames obtaining this way the frame but reinforced of the market in stainless steel.This offers a resistance double in an impact, better for the professionals and beginners. At the moment we count in our chassis range with but of 20 models, it is very easy for us the to mount or to adapt any engine from the market to our frames.
Although our mark is young, they have already left us other makers' of our system "EFFECT BUTTERFLY" copies, invented and designed in its day by José Navarrese. All our chassis are manufactured with double hoop, adapted for fuel tank of 12.5 liters, spoiling the finish a lot, so much in the refined one, the welding, the net, cases, ect. In our chassis you always found since the perfect position they are very studied and proven by our competition team, which demands us but every day and this experience is overturned in the improvement to daily of our work.
Arms in Aluminum Ergal 7075, super resistant and anatomical, enlarging the pilot's space, it incorporates new holes for the regulation of inclination of the harnnes´s table.
BUTERFLY EFECT
New asembly system for the arms, we change the screw for nut of security, assuring the perfect operation of for life. We incorporate a fastener in stainless steel which we weld with a pin of 6 m.m inside the arm giving maximum security and we incorporate a brass case so that the friction with the steel fastener is perfect.
